Im an independent insurance adjuster and im needing a Dimished value form for the state of Texas. Does anyone know where I can find one of these forms?

Hmm. I don’t think it’s an accord form, I think it’s individually prepared by each carrier. I just had a DV claim for my personal auto . . . and it really just looked like a word document. They wanted to know milage on my car, year, make model, any existing damage, when it happened and what kind, that kinda stuff.
