I was in an accident and I want the other party to pay what’s owed to me. Where can I get a DV report to provide to the other insurance company?

    Get it from your insurance company. In fact the DV statement should have been included (and a check presented to you) when you settled the insurance claim.

    Don’t be surprised if the amount is very small and isn’t even close to the money you’ll lose when it comes time to sell. This system attempts to, but does not work the way it should.
